Property offences: On July 24, unknown offenders have allegedly entered a locked house and removed a large quantity of gold jewellery from a house in Columbia Street, Macleay Island. Anyone with information is urged to contact police and quote QP2001534818.

Drug offences: On July 9, a 27-year-old Macleay Island man was issued with a notice to appear for drug related offences. He is expected to appear in Cleveland Magistrates Court August 13.

On July 16, a 45-year-old Macleay Island man was issued a notice to appear for drug and driving related offences. He is expected to appear in Cleveland Magistrates Court August 27.

Drink driving offences – On July 4 and on July 19, a 38-year-old Macleay Island man was issued with two separate notices to appear for unlicensed and drink driving offences. He is due to appear in Cleveland Magistrates Court August 31.

Domestic violence: Macleay Island Police have investigated fur domestic violence incidents.

Traffic: Macleay Island Police issued four infringement notices for driving an unregistered or uninsured vehicle.

Macleay Island Police issued 15 infringement notices for offences related to speeding and parking.
