Woolworths online open new Christmas order windows
Due to demand Woolworths have opened extra delivery windows or ‘slots’ for the Bay Islands.
There are a limited number of Saturday and Sunday slots available on a first come first serve basis.
Last week I personally encountered problems with an order and brought this to management’s notice, but do not want to claim responsibility for the added slots. They fixed my problems, hopefully they will make the extra slots permanent.
Here is a redacted version of our email correspondence:

We have regards to placing your order for delivery 20/12.
We do apologise for the inconvenience that was caused previously in regards to your order being amended and losing your particular delivery window. I have accessed the lists on your account and added in the list of items titled ’20/12′ as advised by the previous agent.
We have successfully placed you your new order #xxxxxx for delivery on 20/12 to xxxxxxx, Macleay Island, 4184
We have used your $30.00 goodwill coupon and have further used a coupon to pay for the remaining amount of $xxxx Once you have received your refund for the first order that was cancelled due to being amended, could you please give us a call back at customer care on 1800 000 610 and we will then be able to charge you back for this amount.
