OIC Macleay Island on 

Drug offences: A 32-year-old woman from Russell Island was issued a Notice to Appear for possessing dangerous drugs and is due to appear at Cleveland Magistrates Court on December 11.

A 31-year-old woman from Macleay Island was issued a Notice to Appear for possessing drug utensils and is due to appear at Cleveland Magistrates Court on December 3.

Good Order Offence: A 44-year-old man from Macleay Island was issued a public nuisance infringement for an incident which occurred on November 11 in Barramundi Street.

Stealing: Macleay Island Police are investigating an alleged stealing incident which occurred at a residence on High Central Road, Macleay Island on November 1.

Domestic violence: Macleay Island Police have investigated five domestic violence incidents. Police held a Coffee with a Cop in providing information to prevent Domestic Violence on November 20.

Traffic: Macleay Island Police continue to enforce their zero tolerance to drink driving.

On November 14, a 37-year-old man from Macleay Island was issued a Notice to Appear for drink driving to appear at Cleveland Magistrates Court on December 12.

On November 17, a 40-year-old woman from Macleay Island was issued a Notice to Appear for drink driving to appear at Cleveland Magistrates Court on December 9.

On November 24, a 64-year-old man from Macleay Island was issued a Notice to Appear for drink driving to appear at Cleveland Magistrates Court on December 16.

On November 12, a 49-year-old man from Macleay Island was issued a Notice to Appear for unlicenced driving and driving with an unregistered and uninsured vehicle, to appear at Cleveland Magistrates Court on December 16.

Macleay Island Police issued 18 infringement notices for offences including speeding, unregistered vehicles, fail to wear seat belts and parking.
